In my active learning research, I first studied the foundational concepts of active learning. Utilizing these principles, I conducted numerous experiments using models such as VGG16, ResNet18, ResNet50, DenseNet121, MobileNet, ResNet56, and transformers like ViT and SWIN. These experiments were performed on datasets including CIFAR-10, CIFAR-100, SVHN, and MNIST. A crucial aspect of my research involved selecting data using three methods: high confidence, low confidence, and a combination of both. I conducted nearly 50 experiments in total. I have completed writing a comprehensive research paper detailing my findings.

In my research, I utilized various types of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to generate different types of images. Specifically, I employed Deep Convolutional GAN (DCGAN), CycleGAN, and Conditional Tabular GAN (CTGAN) for this purpose. One of the most significant datasets I created involved combining skin cancer images with different skin colors. By pairing these images, I generated a unique dataset that enhances diversity and improves the robustness of models trained on it. This dataset is particularly valuable for training and evaluating models in dermatological applications, ensuring they perform well across various skin tones.
